Getting in touch

Write to support@phillytransitlive.com. Telling me the route number, roughly when you were looking, and what you expected to see makes almost every report answerable.

A vehicle is missing, or in the wrong place

Positions come from SEPTA's public feeds and are only as current as SEPTA reports them. A vehicle that has just started its run, or one whose equipment is not reporting, will not appear — the map does not invent one. Vehicles that report no usable identifier are hidden rather than drawn as a nameless dot.

A stop shows no arrival

Stop predictions come from a SEPTA endpoint that is intermittently unreliable, and the app would rather say nothing than show you a time it does not trust. If a stop reports no arrival, try it again in a moment.

My routes disappeared

Routes are saved on your own device, so clearing browser data or switching browsers loses them. The fix is the same either way: use the permalink button on the map to copy a link that carries your routes, and keep it as a bookmark.

The app

The iPhone app is not released yet, so there is nothing to install today and no version to report a bug against. The landing page says what it will add; the web version works now, on every phone.
